All4Jobs: Enhancing competences and employability prospects of disadvantaged & disabled youth through digital innovation, inclusivity and sustainability in youth work.
The project is co-funded by the European Union, within the framework of Erasmus+ KA220-YOU-Cooperation partnerships in youth. It started in December 2024 and has a duration of 28 months.
The overall objective of the project is to empower young people with disabilities to enter the labor market in three key sectors (bakery, agriculture and hospitality), through the promotion of quality, digital innovation and inclusion.
The project has three main objectives:
1. The introduction of emerging technologies in the workplace, through the use of VR simulations for teaching, learning and assessment.
2. The creation of a validated competency development program for disadvantaged young people with disabilities.
3. Supporting and encouraging organizations/companies to create an inclusive workplace, through the creation of a targeted campaign (creation of podcasts, videos, etc.).
