Mapping the Scene and Introducing the Employment Support Centre for Young People with Disabilities and Disadvantaged Youth

In Work Package 2, the Mapping Tool acts as a central knowledge hub, gathering and organising best practices and initiatives from across Europe that promote the integration of young people with disabilities or disadvantages into the labour market. Through this transnational mapping, the exchange of experiences is facilitated, the dissemination and adoption of innovative methods is enhanced and a reliable database is created to support the interactive portal and the skills development programme. In this way, more employment opportunities are opened up for young people and a more inclusive European labour market is fostered.
