DIRECTOR'S WELCOMING MESSAGE

Parents/Guardians,

Partners/Volunteers/Students/Professionals,

Friends,

It is with great pleasure, on behalf of the Management and staff, that I welcome you to the new website of Christos Stelios Ioannou Foundation.

A user-friendly website, where you can find useful information on the Foundation's history, structure, function, work, events and programs (educational, employment, rehabilitation, therapeutic, recreational), which aim at the social and occupational rehabilitation of our intellectually disabled learners.

​

Our ambition for our new website is to be a highlight of the Foundation's multilevel work that trains, prepares, guides and supports our trainees in their efforts to develop their capabilities to the fullest extent possible. To become autonomous and active members of society and to be able to live, when and where required, with appropriate support, as independent as possible, in which they can participate in the decision-making process concerning their own lives.

​Finally, I would like to thank the Foundation’s Management Board for their constant support and guidance, the Parents' Association for their close cooperation benefitting our trainees, and all of the Foundation's personnel for their tireless efforts to support our trainees daily.
