ACTIVITIES

The ALL4JOBS project includes a wide range of activities designed to support the employability of disadvantaged and disabled youth. These include research, training, and the development of innovative tools such as a mobile app, VR game, and an online portal. Partners work together through transnational meetings, capacity-building workshops, digital tool testing, and awareness campaigns to promote inclusion and create practical, validated resources. All activities are focused on empowering young people with job-related skills and supporting youth workers in delivering effective, inclusive training.

KICK-OFF MEETING

The kick-off meeting in this project served as a foundational event to align all project partners and launch the project effectively. Specifically, it offered the following:

  • Presentation of the project concept, goals, and activities to ensure a shared understanding across all partners.

  • Clarification of roles and responsibilities, ensuring each partner understood their contributions and tasks.

  • Establishment of a detailed work plan and timeline, including deadlines and coordination procedures.

  • Discussion of communication strategies, decision-making processes, and reporting mechanisms.

  • Initial planning of upcoming activities, including residencies, labs, and capacity-building sessions.

Overall, the kick-off meeting laid the groundwork for smooth collaboration, mutual understanding, and clear direction throughout the project’s implementation.

STUDY VISIT

The study visit in this project was designed to:

  • Provide inspiration and context for the project by exposing partners and participants to real-life examples of inclusive, community-based cultural practices.

  • Allow direct exchange with local stakeholders (artists, cultural institutions, community members) to deepen understanding of participatory approaches in the arts.

  • Strengthen connections between partners, fostering shared learning and collaboration ahead of the artistic residencies and co-creation labs.

  • Collect insights and ideas to shape upcoming activities, particularly in how memory, identity, and belonging can be explored through creative processes.

In essence, the study visit served as a key preparatory and learning opportunity to enrich the project’s creative and community-focused approach.
